- Equipment rental, including tables, chairs, linens, tableware, serving and/or buffet equipment

- All staffing, including set-up, servers, break-down
- Assistance with other vendors, including floral, lighting, special effects, sound, staging, specialized equipment, coat check, and valet parking
- Coordination of gifts-in-kind and other donations
